GENERAL RULE: If you have a problem, let us know! We're a small business with real people working at a small TV store. We do our best to help everybody promptly, but sometimes we get overwhelmed with phone calls and emails so please be patient with us. We promise we are getting to your request!

WHAT AM I BUYING? We are a discount TV store that sells open box TVs at significant discounts. They typically come from big box stores across the country where an employee or a customer has broken the seal and opened the box. All TVs will be free from defects and blemishes that will effect the performance of the unit. You are guaranteed to receive one in excellent like-new condition in maybe not 100% perfect but 98% or 99% condition. All accessories are included, but the owner's manual is typically missing from the box.

WILL YOU SEND ME A BROKEN TV? No! We wouldn't have a business if we did that! We test and inspect every TV to make sure our customer will be satisfied with its condition before we package it for shipping.

If it does arrive damaged, please document the damage to the TV and to the shipping box and packing material. A damage claim will be filed and a refund will be issued as soon as it is approved. If you need an immediate replacement, please place a new order for your TV and we will get that shipped to you while we process the damage claim. Claims can take up to a week to process, but may take longer during busier times of the year.

If we require the TV be returned, it must be packaged in its original box and packing material with all included accessories. Missing parts and accessories may be subject to a fee to recuperate their cost. TVs that are returned to us in a condition other than what was described to us may be denied a refund. Please make sure it arrives to us safely!

DOES IT HAVE WARRANTY? Yes! We will be your liaison to fulfill warranty claims in case of a malfunction. The original warranty coverage from the manufacturer applies for 90 days. They offer options for a one or two year extension. Please contact us after your purchase, so we can register you for that.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP? At the time of this writing, we're having massive nationwide shipping delays. Based on our customer's location, we are seeing an average of 2-3 week delivery times. We are unfortunately not as big as Amazon, so we are at the mercy of our shipping companies. Maybe someday we can offer same day or overnight shipping like the big companies do! But right now, we ask for your understanding as we try our best to get your TV to you as quickly as possible.

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS? Yes, within 10 days of receipt. We just ask that you pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us for a return authorization. The TV must be packaged in its original box and arrive in the same condition we shipped it. The TV must be boxed with the original packing material with all included accessories. Missing parts and accessories will be subject to a fee to recuperate their replacement cost. We cannot issue a refund for TVs that are returned damaged. Please make sure it arrives to us safely and ship it fully insured.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? Yes, but we ask for a 10% cancellation fee for all orders prior to shipping. Why do we have this fee? We incur irreversible fees when you place an order. Our credit card processor does not refund us the fees. We also have added labor costs to stop shipment of a packaged order in our warehouse. Orders cancelled after shipping is subject to an additional fee to recuperate our shipping costs to have the order returned to us.
